Industrial conveyors are special systems consisting of drums, rollers and belts designed for transporting materials in mines and quarries. Conveyors may not seem like an important part of a plant. However, when calculating their total length, even a simple plant can employ hundreds of metres of conveyors. Therefore, conveyors should be well maintained and the requirement for spare parts should not be underestimated. Safety, reliability and productivity depend not only on engineers and planners, but also on the quality of the parts that the system consists of.
GALVANIZED OR PAINTED
Industrial conveyors are used indoors and outdoors and therefore are subject to wear during the working processes. Due to weather conditions, stone chips and corrosion, all parts of the system are either galvanised or properly painted for the greatest possible protection.

Flat Conveyor Belts are the most common type of conveyor belts. We can manufacture flat belts in a variety of sizes, lengths and thicknesses according to the application.
A Textured Conveyor Belt is a specific type of conveyor belt. The surface of this belt type is textured to achieve additional properties, like better adhesion, lower friction, easier release or easier cleaning.
A Profiled Conveyor Belt (Chevron and similar) is a specific type of conveyor belt that can be used for higher inclination angles (over 20°). Its profiled top surface prevents material from rolling back.

Metal detectors prevent damage to crushers and mills caused by metal parts. A metal detector stops the operation with an audible alarm and lights when metal parts pass over it. Operational characteristics:
- Detects metal parts on the belt with max material thickness of 150mm (5.9″).
- Can detect parts with 30+mm (1.2″) dimensions.
- Includes control panel with a digital screen.
- Includes connection for belt fastener sensor.
- Adjustable detection properties (part size, distance). Can be implemented into the plant PLC.
The roller is considered one of the most wear prone and important parts of a conveyor. The effectiveness of the entire conveyor system depends on the quality of the rollers that withstand the load of the material.
We supply 3 different types of conveyor rollers:
Conveyor Carrying Roller is the most common type of conveyor roller and it makes up the majority of all the roller types.
Conveyor Impact Roller is a specific type of conveyor roller designed to withstand impacts. It is used on the conveyor tails and under the discharge chutes and crushers.
Conveyor Guide Roller is a specific type of conveyor roller that is used as a conveyor guide which prevents the conveyor belt from sliding sideways.

We supply different mechanical belt fasteners in different sizes. It is an economical and easy to install solution for belt repairing and joining.

Hinged Mechanical Belt Fastener
A hinged system allows the patch to bend on the drum which adds flexibility and improves service life.
Standard Mechanical Belt Fastener
1.5”-2”-2.5” BELT FASTENERS for belt repair and belt adding applications. Length 7cm-8cm-10cm / 2.75″-3.15”-3.95”.
Permanent magnets installed over conveyors are used for removing ferrous metal from the material in order to protect the crushers and mills from potential damage. Magnets are a perfect solution for many different types of steel but have limited or no effect on specific types of castings. Please refer to Metal Detector if you need detection of non-ferrous parts and castings.

Belt scrapers clean the belts of sticky material, prevent spillage and material carry back. They lower energy costs and improve energy consumption.
Primary Scrapers: are the most common scraper type with great performance characteristics. This type of scraper can even be used with mechanical belt fastening systems.
Secondary Scrapers: these support the primary cleaners and remove the left-overs after the primary scraping. Scrapers can be equipped with special alloy steel blades for highly abrasive material types.
