GET RID OF THE DUST
ENVEX dust suppression equipment can help you effectively reduce the dust levels in the air around industrial plants. Static dust suppression installations help improve visibility, minimize dust spread to neighbouring areas, reduce environmental pollution and ensure the compliance with the regulations.
DIVERSITY IN APPLICATIONS
ENV-EX equipment cannot only be used for dust suppression, but also for odour control, farm cooling, crowd cooling, disinfection, insect fumigation, cooling after extinguishing of fire, evaporation of water accumulation, like processed water, and many other uses. Installation can be permanent or temporary.
HIGH PERFORMANCE ATOMISING
For effective dust suppression, atomised water droplets should be of a comparable size to the dust particles. Only then can the water droplets and dust mix and then drop to the ground. Bigger water droplets tend to push away the dust particles due to the slipstream effect, but can travel further. ENV-EX special full cone nozzles atomise water down to 5µ and 50µ to achieve optimum balance.
SAFER WORKPLACES
Dust consists of small solid particles of organic or mineral origin. The particles form during the working process at construction, quarrying, mining and recycling sites. Dust is a universally recognised pollution problem that negatively affects the health of humans as well as the environment. ENV-EX dust suppression systems help to create breathable healthy air for employees, preventing chronic lung diseases.
CUSTOMISABLE TO YOUR REQUIREMENTS
To improve the safety of the environment and productivity of your working site we can customise any installation to your specific requirements and needs.
Aggregate processing plants can highly benefit from the installation of dust suppression equipment. We can design and install dust suppression nozzles into the feeding bins, surge bins, crusher outlet chutes and many other dust emitting places.
Cement factories emit large amounts of dust during the primary processing phase. Effective dust suppression equipment is required in most cases and can be implemented in the following processes:
A Dust Control Ring is an innovative piece of dust suppression equipment that eliminates dust emissions around conveyor discharge points. The mist from the dust suppression ring surrounds the discharge flow and provides a simple, yet focused dust management system. ENV-EX dust control rings are made from stainless steel for longevity.
Concrete plants require constant feeding for continuous operation. Loaders emit dust when moving around the stockpiles and feeding material into the storage bins. Dust suppression nozzles can reduce the amount of airborne dust during the feeding phase and during the loading of the mixer (in dry batch plants).
